Set 1 contains primary colours, as well as black, to produce vivid and bold designs to your cakes, including: Gentian (Ice Blue), Daffodil (Yellow), Mint (Green), Poinsetta (Red) and Jet Black.
The dust colours are fine, edible and fully intermixable powders. They can be brushed directly onto sugar flowres and leaves for an instant realistic look, but can also mixed into melted white chocolate, cake mixes, creams and more. They can also be used to dust over stencils to create softer backgrounds. Or, if you're looking to create a paint, simply mix with clear alcohol or cool, boiled water to produce a watercolour-effect paint.
