Not just for making meringues, you can use to make cookie icing, royal icing, buttercream and marshmallows.

No fuss in having to separate egg yolks as 10gm of Meringue Powder + 10ml of water is the equivalent of 1 egg white.

Always follow your recipe guidelines.

Ingredients: WHEAT Starch, Dried EGG albumen, sugar, starch, acidity regulators: calcium lactate & tartaric acid, cream of tartar, lactic acid, dextrose, stabiliser: guar gum.
