This new range of Cocoa Butter Colourings is the quickest and easiest way to colour and decorate chocolate without compromising the quality of the chocolate you are working with. Because these professional products are made from cocoa butter mixed with high quality colours, they do not alter the chocolate itself. They simply allow the colour to disperse via an ingredient already contained within chocolate, creating the best colourful, chocolatey results.
Available in 7 vibrant colours including red, black, blue, yellow, violet, silver and gold.
To use, simply melt the cocoa butter colouring by placing the container in warm water (do not exceed 40°C). Stir until melted and gradually add small amounts to colour melted chocolate or use with a brush to decorate the surface of chocolate, the inside of a mould or a transfer sheet.
Adding in small amounts will help to achieve lighter shades and more can be added if deeper shades are required. It is also possible to mix colours, for example adding a small drop of blue to yellow will create shades of green.
Not for direct consumption. Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C. Please note that the appearance of the product inside the pot may show slight variations and circular markings. This is perfectly normal and is due to the natural separations of the ingredients when stored. Any markings will disappear once the product is heated and the product will work as expected.
