This range is new to uncle Roy's and is intended to aid your culinary skills

Uncle Roy's Cream of Tartar will increase the volume and stability of whisked eggs in meringues and souffles. It also acts as a leavening agent in baking and a Ph regulator and tartaric stabiliser in wine production. 

Follow your recipe guidelines in respect of dosage

Ensure you store in a cool dry environment, not subject to major heat change or once open the product will become moist and start to lose it's strength. 

It is best to use within one month of opening

Sold in small handy 130ml (105gm) tubs for you normal use bakers and 1Ltr (1Kg) and 2Ltr (2Kg) for someone really keen or semi-professional.

All Tubs are food grade quality and have tamper proof seals with re-useable lids
